For four years, Brooklyn Art Cave operated with heart, grit, and community spirit — hosting hundreds of artists, curators, and small businesses while creating inclusive opportunities for both emerging and established creatives.

 

We also built programs that offered safe, inspiring spaces for youth and elders alike. But keeping an independent creative hub alive in New York City came with real sacrifices. Over time, we accumulated debt while making sure the doors stayed open and the mission stayed strong.

Now, before we move fully into our new traveling chapter — The Art Cave Experience, coming 2026 — we need to close this financial chapter together.

Your donation will directly support:​

  • Paying down the remaining debt from operating our Brooklyn space

  • Covering transition costs for the new traveling format

  • Supporting production costs, and community workshops

  • Building the foundation for future shows and partnerships

What Comes Next

We’re evolving into The Art Cave Experience, a traveling art fair and creative reunion that will take the energy of Brooklyn Art Cave on the road — city by city, community by community.

Once this debt is cleared, we’ll be ready to:

  • Secure new venues and partnerships

  • Fund creative staff

  • Keep participation fees low and accessible

  • Create new opportunities for collaboration across regions
